Subscription Refund Rules

Non-Refundable Fees

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. You continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid period.

Early Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the billing period but will not receive a prorated refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases such as technical issues preventing platform use, billing errors, or as required by Jordanian Consumer Protection Law.

Service & Booking Refunds

Refunds for merchant services

Refunds for services booked through Appment are subject to individual merchant policies:

  • Each merchant sets their own refund policy for their services
  • Always review the merchant's cancellation and refund terms before booking
  • Some merchants offer full refunds if canceled within a specific timeframe
  • Others may offer partial refunds or credit for future bookings
  • No-shows typically result in no refund

Dispute Resolution: If you have an issue with a service refund, contact the merchant first. If unresolved, reach out to us at info@appment.io.

Non-Refundable Situations

When refunds cannot be issued

Refund requests made more than 14 days after the charge
Services that have already been fully rendered
No-show appointments without prior cancellation
Violations of our Terms of Service
Subscriptions used for more than 50% of the billing period (unless technical issues)
Promotional or discounted rates (unless legally required)

What to do if you see an incorrect charge
